VENTURA Ni Cd(M3)Aircraft Battery
Ventura AERO(M3)aircraft battery is an improved low maintenance nickel cadmium battery that can provide reliable power for large commercial aircraft,regional aircraft,military aircraft,business jets,and helicopters.The M3 battery has obtained FAA-PMA certification and is suitable for various models,with a capacity range from 17 to 75 ampere hours.They can be interchanged with existing batteries,allowing you to easily upgrade to low maintenance aircraft batteries without any modifications to the aircraft.M3 batteries can also be maintained using your existing aircraft battery store equipment.
The M3 aviation battery adopts the latest polymer bonded electrode(PBE)negative electrode technology to ensure performance optimization and reliability.Today's PBE technology was first developed by Ventura AERO decades ago and has been continuously improved,significantly reducing maintenance costs.Compared with standard nickel cadmium aviation batteries,this technology can reduce water consumption,accelerate charging speed,and improve energy density.This results in longer flight time between maintenance,higher capacity retention,and faster and cooler engine start-up.
Ventura AERO aircraft battery
Rechargeable ventilated nickel cadmium aviation batteries are widely used for engine starting and emergency power supply in commercial,corporate,and military aircraft(including fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft).They also provide power for military weapons,ground vehicles,medical equipment,and telecommunications equipment.
The VENTURA aviation battery product line is designed to provide maximum power for engine and auxiliary power unit(APU)start-up applications.Ventura AERO pioneered the development of sintered plates and was the first to use Bunsen ventilation valves in nickel cadmium batteries.It was also the first company to manufacture sealed nickel cadmium batteries.
The sintered plate adopts an improved braided wire substrate,which is stronger,defect free,and has lower resistance.The unique high-temperature resistant polypropylene diaphragm material can extend the life of aircraft batteries and enhance high rate performance under extreme temperatures.In addition,heavy-duty connectors,large-sized terminals,and heavy-duty screws ensure excellent conductivity,enabling reliable and robust performance in harsh environments.
